About the role

  • Lead the strategy for lifecycle programs involving a mix of email, push, and in-app communications
  • Help shape lifecycle strategy for Onchain and Ink Foundation products
  • Build and execute complex CRM campaigns guiding clients to relevant products
  • Conduct data analysis on campaign results and optimize operational plans
  • Execute experiments to unlock high-impact campaigns and leverage automation for engagement
  • Be a key stakeholder in growth across the company and keep leadership updated

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution
  • Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze (ideal but not essential)
  • Proven understanding of driving lifecycle marketing results in a predominantly B2C setting, with experience in crypto as a plus
  • Strong skills in analytic tools such as Tableau, Looker, Great Plains, Big Query
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels
  • Crypto/fintech experience
