About the role
- Lead the strategy for lifecycle programs involving a mix of email, push, and in-app communications
- Help shape lifecycle strategy for Onchain and Ink Foundation products
- Build and execute complex CRM campaigns guiding clients to relevant products
- Conduct data analysis on campaign results and optimize operational plans
- Execute experiments to unlock high-impact campaigns and leverage automation for engagement
- Be a key stakeholder in growth across the company and keep leadership updated
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution
- Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools such as Braze (ideal but not essential)
- Proven understanding of driving lifecycle marketing results in a predominantly B2C setting, with experience in crypto as a plus
- Strong skills in analytic tools such as Tableau, Looker, Great Plains, Big Query
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems
- Strong copywriting skills
- Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels
- Crypto/fintech experience
