About the role
- Develop and lead the GTM strategy for Inky
- Own the full end-to-end campaign management process
- Understand and optimize the customer journey
- Translate complex financial products into easy-to-understand value propositions
- Work closely with product managers, growth teams, design, analytics, and executive leadership
- Define, track, and report on key product KPIs
- Serve as the voice of the customer
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM)
- Strong crypto expertise and passion
- Familiarity with building and maintaining successful influencer programs within crypto
- Proven ability to drive growth strategies from end-to-end
- A data-driven marketer, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance
- Creative storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a high-growth, dynamic setting
