About the role

  • Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and continuous development of the Document Management System (DMS)
  • Perform system updates, configurations and troubleshooting
  • Manage interfaces to connected systems (e.g., ERP, email, archiving)
  • User and access-rights administration and system documentation
  • Strategic further development of the DMS
  • Capture and prioritize requirements from business units
  • Design and optimize document-driven business processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in IT, business informatics or a related field
  • Experience with DMS/ECM systems (e.g., d.velop, ELO, DocuWare, etc.)
  • Strong technical understanding (networks, databases, interfaces)
  • Experience in requirements management or as a Product Owner is an advantage
  • Structured, solution-oriented and communicative working style
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
