About the role
- Goal-oriented and independent project leadership during the proposal and sales phase, from initial contact to order placement
- Responsibility for the technical development and cost estimation of proposals in collaboration with a team of the relevant departments and specialists
- Technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the operational teams
- Establishing and maintaining customer and manufacturer relationships
- Maintenance and analysis of proposal and customer data in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Contribution to business development and exchange with local and international sales colleagues
Requirements
- Successful completion of a technical or business degree with a technical focus
- Professional experience in sales and project acquisition in the energy sector
- Confident negotiation and presentation skills
- Initiative, team skills and professional competence
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written, desirable
- Willingness to travel and commitment to continuous professional development
