About the role

  • Goal-oriented and independent project leadership during the proposal and sales phase, from initial contact to order placement
  • Responsibility for the technical development and cost estimation of proposals in collaboration with a team of the relevant departments and specialists
  • Technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the operational teams
  • Establishing and maintaining customer and manufacturer relationships
  • Maintenance and analysis of proposal and customer data in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Contribution to business development and exchange with local and international sales colleagues

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a technical or business degree with a technical focus
  • Professional experience in sales and project acquisition in the energy sector
  • Confident negotiation and presentation skills
  • Initiative, team skills and professional competence
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written, desirable
  • Willingness to travel and commitment to continuous professional development
