About the role

  • Goal-oriented and independent project leadership during the proposal and sales phase, from first contact through contract award
  • Responsibility for the technical development and cost calculation of proposals in collaboration with a team from the relevant departments and specialists
  • Technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the operational teams
  • Establishing and maintaining customer and manufacturer relationships
  • Maintaining and analyzing proposal and customer data in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Contributing to business development and exchanging information with local and international sales colleagues

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a technical degree or a business degree with a technical focus
  • Professional experience in sales and project acquisition in the energy sector
  • Confident negotiating and presentation skills
  • Initiative, teamwork, and technical competence
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken, are desirable
  • Willingness to travel and commitment to continued professional development
