About the role
- Goal-oriented and independent project leadership during the proposal and sales phase, from first contact through contract award
- Responsibility for the technical development and cost calculation of proposals in collaboration with a team from the relevant departments and specialists
- Technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the operational teams
- Establishing and maintaining customer and manufacturer relationships
- Maintaining and analyzing proposal and customer data in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Contributing to business development and exchanging information with local and international sales colleagues
Requirements
- Successful completion of a technical degree or a business degree with a technical focus
- Professional experience in sales and project acquisition in the energy sector
- Confident negotiating and presentation skills
- Initiative, teamwork, and technical competence
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken, are desirable
- Willingness to travel and commitment to continued professional development
