About the role

  • Coordinate, plan and execute installation and assembly operations on site and in the prefabrication workshop with minimal supervision
  • Maintain accurate records, project documents, and progress reports
  • Schedule and follow up on-site execution works
  • Organize and prepare workplaces for installation works
  • Manage tools and material supply
  • Lead and supervise company staff and temporary workforce
  • Manage subcontractors performance
  • Responsible for on-site safety organization and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Support for establishment of welding execution and documentation system
  • Support for the establishment of a QA/QC system
  • Serve as the on-site contact for customers

Requirements

  • Technician (m/f/d) or skilled craftsman (m/f/d) in industrial sector
  • Several years’ professional experience in managing and supervising piping construction sites
  • Strong knowledge of site management, including scope, schedule, and cost control
  • Confident and professional demeanor with all project stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office; MS Project experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English; German is an advantage
  • Proven leadership and team-working abilities; experience in motivating staff
  • Driving license class B; B/C1E desirable
  • Willingness to travel for single or multiple days, and occasionally for several months to construction sites in Germany and other European countries
  • Resilience, flexibility and strong customer orientation
