About the role
- Independent procurement of technical components, services and subcontracts in plant and pipeline construction
- Close collaboration with teams on specific procurement processes
- Ensure budget and schedule requirements are met
- Review incoming invoices
- Placing orders including requests for quotations and bid comparisons
- Optimization and further development of procurement processes and systems
- Framework agreement management
- Conduct negotiations
- Maintain catalog suppliers in Coupa
- Supplier management, sourcing, negotiations and evaluations
- Market analyses and commercial evaluation of new suppliers
Requirements
- Completed technical and/or commercial vocational training or degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in plant construction
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, reliable and committed working style
