Act as the Digital Category Expert and trusted Advisor partner to KRO site merch and merchants to support strategic business and site planning
Deliver eCommerce goals of topline sales growth, online penetration, and category share targets for top categories
Provide objective, comprehensive, consumer-based insights and actionable recommendations utilizing tools such as retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, digital search and site analytics tools, and shopper insights
Lead team to deliver site merch strategy and executional elements such as macro site planning and features, digital food aisle merchandising and wireframes
Collaborate horizontally and vertically with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions to align and successfully execute digital category initiatives
Identify white space digital opportunities to proactively uncover potential growth areas for both the category and KHC
Requirements
Highly analytical - ability to leverage data sources such as retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, digital search and site analytics tools, and shopper insights
Strong storytelling ability through strategic use of visual tools such as PowerPoint and Mekko and a customer mindset presentation style
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as intellectual curiosity, with a proven ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize
Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a self-starter, proactive mindset, working to continuously create and define the future of digital category management
Strong people and leadership skills, ability to influence and drive change management
