About the role

  • You actively grow our customer base in the home/outpatient care market — through cold calling, digital channels and phone outreach.
  • You spot opportunities immediately, convince decision-makers in demo meetings and close deals with purpose.
  • You are responsible for expanding our market share in the care sector — your success is directly measurable.
  • After onboarding, you further develop existing customers and strategically expand your network.
  • You are our external voice — professional, direct and persuasive.
  • You document your sales activities clearly and transparently for sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Network pro: You know the care sector or can rapidly build reliable contacts.
  • Hunter mentality: You want to win — with a focus on closing, commission and measurable results.
  • Sales DNA: You have sales experience, ideally in B2B or the healthcare environment, and know how to steer deals.
