QA Engineer

• Perform manual testing of our web and mobile applications
• Document and track test results and defects
• Test new features and existing functionality based on test cases and user stories
• Create, maintain and continuously improve test cases
• Ensure quality of our iOS and web applications in ongoing operation
• Work closely with our development and product management teams to continuously improve our software

Software Tester – Outpatient Care

• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen QA-Strategie
• Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des QA-Bereichs
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Tests über den gesamten Produkt-Lifecycle
• Sicherstellung der Produktqualität durch strukturierte Testprozesse und Qualitätsstandards
• Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau von Testautomatisierung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklung und Release-Management
• Analyse von Fehlern sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung
• Definition und Optimierung von QA-Prozessen, Tools und Dokumentation
• Unterstützung der Teams bei Qualitätsfragen sowie Coaching in Best Practices
