About the role

  • Provide 2nd line support of the hosting and integration services in the large enterprise environment with centralized Data.
  • Investigating and resolving requests and problems related to IT Infrastructure services.
  • Participation in relevant ITS projects. Prepare technical requirements and technical architecture documentation. Perform new services installation and configuration.
  • Regular revising and developing Infrastructure services including actualization of security compliance, service architecture, corresponding documentation and support contracts.
  • Vulnerabilities management of server platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years practical experience as a technical engineer in developing and support of IT systems in enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge and operation experience in
  • Microsoft server products: Windows Server, Active Directory, CA, DHCP, DFS, Exchange, SCCM
  • VMware ESXi
  • IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Microsoft Azure/O365
  • Veeam Backup
  • Automation by means Power Shell
  • ITSM processes.
  • Strong communication skills, team player.
  • Be ready to follow corporate values, standards and rules.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
