About the role
- Develop and execute corporate communications marcom strategy ensuring alignment with marketing, business and growth objectives.
- Lead and coordinate corporate communications across content, digital and design teams.
- Establish effective collaboration with business divisions, marketing units, retain company’s leading position.
- Build and enhance relationships with national mediaDevelop and execute corporate communications and marcom initiatives, manage key strategic projects of the company from a communications perspective, localize and adapt flagship projects and initiatives from the global office for the local market.
- Support new projects and initiatives by developing brand communication packages, define key messages, narratives and content structure for new launches.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with national and industry media.
- Promote company’s brand and experts in relevant media and owned channelsin relevant channels, o.
- Organize interviews and write articles in English and Ukrainian ensuring consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Act as Editor-in-Chief: drive and lead corporate media project (e.g. corporate KPMG Review magazineMagazine).
- Review and proofread all corporate print and digital corporate materials.
- Create talking points and draft speeches for top managers of the company.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of communication initiatives.Plan and execute targeted communications campaigns.
- Work and coordinate joint work with SMM team and Event specialist.
Requirements
- University degree in Communications/ Journalism/ Public RelationsPR or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of practical experience in media or the corporate communications / PR department of in an international company.
- Proven experience in leading corporate communications and managing cross-functional teams or agencies.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proven project management skills
- Languages: Ukrainian – proficiency level fluent, English – Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both oral and written and spoken).
- Proven experience in building long-term relationships with media, partners and key stakeholders.Proven track record of managing and maintaining relationships with clients, media, government and professional bodies
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, proactive approach.
