About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workstreams across healthcare cyber, DSPT-CAF assurance and digital health resilience engagements.
- Conduct cyber maturity, DSPT-CAF readiness, resilience and control effectiveness assessments in healthcare environments.
- Support development of cyber strategies, regulatory improvement plans, remediation roadmaps and future-state cyber operating models.
- Assess governance, cyber risk, information governance and assurance arrangements across NHS and wider healthcare technology estates.
- Advise on cyber implications associated with EPRs, clinical systems, connected medical technologies, third-party suppliers and essential services.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Support programme governance, assurance and reporting activities.
- Coach analysts and graduates.
- Support business development and proposition development activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of delivering digital transformation, cyber security or healthcare technology engagements.
- Strong understanding of NHS provider organisations, Integrated Care Boards, NHS England priorities and the healthcare cyber regulatory landscape.
- Experience supporting EPR-enabled transformation programmes.
- Experience delivering cyber security, assurance, remediation or resilience work within healthcare environments, ideally across NHS Trusts, ICBs or national health bodies.
- Ability to interpret cyber regulatory requirements and translate them into practical improvement plans, evidence packs, governance actions and client-ready recommendations.
- Practical understanding of DSPT-CAF, cyber resilience, healthcare cyber regulation, digital governance, technology risk and information governance.
- Knowledge of healthcare technologies including EPRs, AVT, virtual care technologies, integration platforms and emerging AI tools.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills.
- Strong Excel and analytical capability.
- Experience applying GenAI and agentic AI tools within delivery environments.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
