About the role
- Drive adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across UK and EMA firms
- Lead innovation through automation, analytics, and data-driven solutions to enable multinational clients to achieve global tax and accounting compliance with greater efficiency, accuracy, and control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders
- Lead sales efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and technology demonstrations
- Manage the implementation of scalable solutions across UK and EMA
- Ensure delivery excellence and agility in our approach to technology implementation
- Lead project teams, including offshore resources across TT&I
- Manage scope, commercials and prioritisation across portfolio of work
- Advise clients on best practices to support successful technology adoption
- Provide direction and mentorship to managers and junior team members
Requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-level technology implementations
- Ability to prioritise and deliver multiple programmes simultaneously
- Experience in business development
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Tax and Accounting (preferable experience in tax or finance compliance)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to logically dissect complex issues
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, concepts, and modern work practices
- A keen interest in emerging technologies and their application to solve client challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
