About the role
- Managing team activities to ensure compliance with KPMG risk management policies and procedures
- Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realise their full potential
- Final review of materials and communications for senior members of the practice for KPMG/client representation to immigration authorities and government officials
- Monitor client service standards, swiftly addressing delivery failures and implement resolution plan to ensure these are prevented
- Be responsible for effective management of engagement financials, cash collection and review of significant invoices
Requirements
- Extensive demonstratable experience in Global Immigration
- Thorough understanding of immigration concepts and issues
- Previous experience working at Manager level within Global Immigration
- Experience of managing small teams, coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT skills including very good MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
