About the role

  • Managing team activities to ensure compliance with KPMG risk management policies and procedures
  • Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realise their full potential
  • Final review of materials and communications for senior members of the practice for KPMG/client representation to immigration authorities and government officials
  • Monitor client service standards, swiftly addressing delivery failures and implement resolution plan to ensure these are prevented
  • Be responsible for effective management of engagement financials, cash collection and review of significant invoices

Requirements

  • Extensive demonstratable experience in Global Immigration
  • Thorough understanding of immigration concepts and issues
  • Previous experience working at Manager level within Global Immigration
  • Experience of managing small teams, coaching and mentoring junior staff
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT skills including very good MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
