About the role
- Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth
- Work with the integrated marketing team to partner with the business and deliver actionable 'go-to-market strategy'
- Contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement, supporting every stage of the sale
- Measure value creation and ROI against agreed objectives
- Drive a data-led approach and champion digital and CRM usage
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and the business development teams
- Support the delivery of high-performing brand, lead generation and sales campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign delivery
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of campaign activities
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing/campaign management
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Proven track record of supporting the delivery of impactful and effective marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, as well as CRM [MSD]
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation tools, analytics tools)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Industry knowledge – with the ability to develop strong internal and external networks
- Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
