About the role

  • Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Work with the integrated marketing team to partner with the business and deliver actionable 'go-to-market strategy'
  • Contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement, supporting every stage of the sale
  • Measure value creation and ROI against agreed objectives
  • Drive a data-led approach and champion digital and CRM usage
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and the business development teams
  • Support the delivery of high-performing brand, lead generation and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign delivery
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of campaign activities

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing/campaign management
  • Experience working in a professional services environment
  • Proven track record of supporting the delivery of impactful and effective marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, as well as CRM [MSD]
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, marketing automation tools, analytics tools)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Industry knowledge – with the ability to develop strong internal and external networks
  • Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
