Personal Assistant
KPMG New ZealandPersonal Assistant providing high-quality administrative and organizational support to Audit Partners at KPMG New Zealand. Involved in diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle extensive diary and email management for Partners.
- Organise and/or coordinate activities such as meetings, team events and national firm initiatives.
- Project manage day to day workflow to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide administrative support of office systems and processes, including maintaining databases.
- Finalise correspondence e.g. engagement letter formatting
- Prepare, format and design documents such as reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years+ of PA, administrative, or operational experience (knowledge or exposure to Professional Service Firm environment is an advantage).
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Highly adaptable and able to effectively manage shifting responsibilities as the role develops
- Proactive approach to challenges and problem solving
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to deliver collective outcomes
- Ability to exhibit sound judgement and adapt to KPMG systems and processes.
- Open and eager to learn and utilise new technologies including AI to enhance efficiency and productivity
