Risk Evaluation Coordinator
KPMG New ZealandRisk Evaluation Coordinator at KPMG supporting client delivery teams with effective coordination and documentation. Engaging in risk evaluation, onboarding, and maintaining client records.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide effective coordination and support to client delivery staff.
- Ensure KPMG system records and client documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Assist with engagement set-up and onboarding within KPMG systems.
- Review and offboard clients as needed.
- Collate and complete the required documentation for client risk evaluation and acceptance for submission to Client Risk Evaluation team.
- Stay up to date with policies and processes, follow clearly defined instruction and understand the risk timeline/risk cycle
- May assist with engagement letters and client documentation, the opening and closing of codes, and managing other code-related tasks as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have previous administration, business support or customer service experience and feel comfortable liaising with stakeholders.
- You are proactive and eager to learn.
- You are a team player who can work effectively with others.
- You possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.
