About the role
- Support client facing teams with complex issues and share best practices.
- Manage the delivery of internal reviews including reviewing findings and developing action plans for resolution.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to continuously improve guidance and processes.
- Be a strong and positive advocate for the engagement risk management policies and practices, monitor controls and deliver training.
- Develop guidance to support the business to comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a risk or compliance role, with a strong understanding of applying regulatory frameworks and operational risk management in large organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities, able to manage competing deadlines and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
- Proven ability to plan and execute projects, including stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and delivery of key milestones.
