About the role

  • Analyze performance data and optimize processes.
  • Provide actionable insights that enable the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Customer Success teams to drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Manage and update reports to track trends relating to different KPIs.
  • Prepare data and presentations for Quarterly metric reviews.
  • Prepare adhoc reports and analysis.
  • Support the BD and CS teams with reporting and Salesforce dashboard views.
  • Manage territory systems and changes.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years experience in sales operations, Sales support, data analysis and reporting.
  • High level understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of Pivot tables, Vlookups, Xlookups and IF Functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Experience in Salesforce reporting and Dashboards.
  • Track record of process improvement and ability to design and implement processes.
  • Attention to detail.
