About the role
- Analyze performance data and optimize processes.
- Provide actionable insights that enable the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Customer Success teams to drive efficiency across the organization.
- Manage and update reports to track trends relating to different KPIs.
- Prepare data and presentations for Quarterly metric reviews.
- Prepare adhoc reports and analysis.
- Support the BD and CS teams with reporting and Salesforce dashboard views.
- Manage territory systems and changes.
Requirements
- 4+ Years experience in sales operations, Sales support, data analysis and reporting.
- High level understanding of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot tables, Vlookups, Xlookups and IF Functions
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process.
- Experience in Salesforce reporting and Dashboards.
- Track record of process improvement and ability to design and implement processes.
- Attention to detail.
