Full-stack Engineer

• Working closely with the tribe lead in order to set technical strategic goals at the tribe level.
• Working alongside data engineers, data scientists and product managers, take responsibility for the development and implementation of our shared data tools.
• Collaborate with the Cloud platform team and other staff engineers to ensure platform coherence.
• Establish technical standards and best practices.
• Mentorship, Coaching and leading: provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers, particularly Senior and mid-level engineers, to help them develop their skills and advance their careers and foster good data practices and high standards.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
