Drive Business Impact
Break down complex problems and identify opportunities
Define KPIs, success metrics, and business value
Build business cases and support value realization
Lead Client Engagements
Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams
Translate business needs into data & analytics solutions
Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations
Define KPIs, success metrics, and value drivers
Bridge Business & Technology
Gather and translate business & data requirements
Create user stories, process flows, and solution designs
Collaborate with data, BI, and AI teams
Drive Execution Excellence
Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning
Lead & Contribute
Mentor junior team members
Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership
Support business development and proposal efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in business analysis or consulting experience is a must
Experience delivering data, analytics, or digital transformation projects
Experience in managing a team of consultants with a varied skill set
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to simplify complexity and influence decision-making
Bilingual English/French
Experience working in Agile environments
Data concepts (data models, ETL, BI)
Strong PowerPoint storytelling & Excel skills
