Build interactive online training courses, micro content trainings, videos, illustrations, promotional videos, and other multimedia to engage learners about safety, health, environmental, and compliance topics.
Collaborate well, be able to take direction, and care about quality and accuracy.
Work with the Training and Content team to help refine instructional design and development processes.
Assist with training and multimedia production tasks.
Participate in quality assurance (QA), when needed.
Deliver trainings into platform(s), when needed.
Stay up to date on industry standards, software updates, and upcoming trends.
Provide assistance for script and training logging, folding sharing, processes, SOPs, frameworks, and other team documentation, when needed.
Provide technical support and expertise for client tickets and recommend solutions.
Raise critical issues and risks that may impact project timelines or other factors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, communications design, or related field.
Mid-level (ideally 4+ years) experience in instructional design, learning and development, communication design, multimedia, or training video production.
Additional certifications in instructional design, communications design, or related a plus.
Proficient knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe products, Microsoft products, Storyblocks, iStock, or other production training-related tools.
Solid knowledge of adult learning theory
Demonstrates organization, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to develop, process, format, and communicate technical and analytical information visually, auditorily, and with accessibility in mind.
