About the role
- Own the KPR Co P&L with accountability for maintaining profitability (targeting a 10% margin) across all business lines: events, memberships, and media/content. The goal is a self-sustaining business, not a cash cow—audience growth and engagement depth matter more than margin maximization.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for each business line—with emphasis on growing audience size, membership numbers, and event attendance while maintaining cost coverage through sponsorships and memberships.
- Build and manage a revenue forecasting cadence; provide regular financial reporting and variance analysis to leadership.
- Identify new revenue opportunities—including partnerships, licensing, digital products, and sponsorship packages—and bring recommendations to leadership.
- Manage A/R effectively: ensure timely invoicing, collections, and healthy cash flow.
- Oversee planning, execution, and P&L for KPR Co’s event portfolio: The Quarterly summits, IOF forums, workshops, partner events, and any new event formats.
- Lead the sponsorship sales process—developing packages, managing sponsor relationships, and ensuring sponsor deliverables are met.
- Manage and grow membership programs including Mastermind groups (6 tiers), Integrated Owners Forum, Integrated Partners, and Catalyst—with a focus on increasing total membership numbers, deepening member engagement, and improving the overall member experience.
- Ensure events and community programs serve as lead generation and brand-building engines for KPR Co and its sponsor partners.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and production logistics.
- Operationalize the content and media production pipeline: KP Reddy will continue to write and host the podcast, but you will own the scheduling, production workflow, distribution, and publishing cadence across all channels—podcast, newsletter/Substack, blog, video, and social media. Much of this is already automated; the role is to ensure it runs smoothly and continues to improve.
- Drive audience growth across all channels—growing the subscriber base, podcast listenership, and social following as measurable KPIs.
- Manage content-related revenue streams including sponsorships and advertising—ensuring the media platform covers its costs while prioritizing audience growth and engagement quality.
- Ensure the production engine runs independently of KP’s direct involvement in logistics—he focuses on creating, you ensure everything around his content gets produced, published, and distributed on time.
- Coordinate content that amplifies sponsor brands and supports their go-to-market efforts.
- Manage the relationship with the outsourced sales team—ensuring they have the collateral, lead flow, and context they need to convert marketing-generated leads, and owning the handoff from sales pitch to close.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and technology across the team’s workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Partner with shared services (finance, HR, IT, legal) and ensure smooth coordination on centralized functions.
- Establish and optimize internal processes, workflows, and systems to support a scaling business—this is not a set-it-and-forget-it role.
- Build the business case for additional hires as the business grows—there is a path to building a team, but it will be earned through demonstrated results and budget performance.
- Develop and manage sponsorship programs that connect AEC businesses with KPR Co’s member community—creating value for sponsors through brand exposure, lead generation, and direct access to industry decision-makers.
- Serve as a go-to-market engine for a portfolio of AEC businesses—supporting their marketing, brand visibility, and audience development through KPR Co’s events, content, and community platforms.
- Onboard and manage sponsors as program partners—ensuring they receive measurable ROI and are integrated thoughtfully into events, content, and community programming.
- Contribute market intelligence, competitive insights, and industry trends gathered through KPR Co’s unique position as the central convener in the AEC ecosystem.

- Experience managing multi-revenue-stream businesses—comfort with the complexity of events, subscriptions/memberships, content, and professional services under one roof.
- Strong operational instincts: you build systems, optimize processes, and create accountability structures that scale.
