About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the construction and updating of People Analytics reports and dashboards;
Consolidate and organize people data from different sources and systems;
Ensure the quality and consistency of datasets used in analyses;
Support the development of analyses and studies to inform People and business decision-making;
Respond to ad hoc requests for data and HR metrics;
Assist in automating and continuously improving reports and team processes;
Contribute to monitoring and updating HR metrics;
Support the maintenance of governance and documentation for datasets and analytical processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar);
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus;
Strong analytical skills and ability to organize data;
Ability to translate numbers into simple, actionable insights;
Organized, detail-oriented profile with a desire to learn;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field;
Previous experience or internship in data, analytics, BI, or HR is a plus.
