About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Customer Service: Act as the customer's main point of contact, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish, always aligned with Kovi's tone of voice.
- Business Knowledge: Understand our business model and ensure that all information provided is accurate and compliant with our processes and contracts.
- Sales Techniques: Use sales techniques such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling to delight customers.
- Documentation: Manage all required customer documents and signatures efficiently.
- Product Focus: Stay up to date on our core product — cars — and know their specifications and models.
- Service Distribution: Use CRM tools or in-person queuing systems to optimize customer service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
- Advantage: Courses related to Sales are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is desirable.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and proactivity.
- Empathy and Active Listening: Understand our customers' needs.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence and lead negotiations.
- Results Focus: Committed to meeting targets and objectives.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to different situations and challenges.
