About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be responsible for end-to-end customer service, delivering excellent support consistent with Kovi's tone of voice;
  • Understand our business model, ensuring all information communicated to customers is reflected in our processes and contracts;
  • Know and apply basic sales techniques such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling;
  • Be responsible for all required customer documentation and signatures;
  • Know our main product — the vehicle — and stay up to date on specifications and models;
  • Properly manage service distribution, whether via CRM or the on-site queueing system;
  • Work in partnership with the supervisors of your respective Sales channel;
  • Serve as a reference for the team in customer service best practices and conflict resolution;
  • Proactively monitor product and pricing changes, contributing to the timely updating of information;
  • Conduct training focused on best practices and process improvements (an important criterion for performance evaluation).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
  • Solid experience in Sales and Customer Service;
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), including the ability to customize and optimize processes;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proactivity;
  • Empathy to understand customer needs;
  • Active listening skills;
  • Persuasion and negotiation abilities;
  • Results-oriented mindset;
  • Adaptability;
  • Assertiveness;
