About the role

  • Strategic procurement: Manage the full procurement cycle for services in categories such as Infrastructure, Maintenance, Facilities, Logistics, and Consulting, focusing on the best cost-benefit balance, quality, and timelines.
  • Proposal analysis: Critically evaluate supplier proposals, perform detailed cost analyses, compare bids, and conduct complex negotiations.
  • Supplier management: Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure contracts and internal policies are managed and complied with.
  • Internal collaboration: Work with other departments to understand needs, align technical scopes, and ensure products and services meet specifications.
  • Risk mitigation: Identify and mitigate financial, commercial, and legal risks associated with contracts and purchase orders.
  • Tracking and control: Monitor order and delivery status, ensure on-time performance, and manage performance indicators.
  • Planning: Forecast future demand and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of goods and services when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as Strategic Sourcing and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, TOTVS.
  • Advanced proficiency with Office suite tools.
  • Ability to make agile and proactive decisions.
