About the role

  • Provide operational support to the contractual legal area, handling routine tasks, document organization, deadline tracking and initial contract review to ensure smooth workflows, standardization and compliance with SLAs.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing low‑complexity contracts based on templates, playbooks and guidance from the legal team.
  • Perform initial screening of client and vendor contracts, identifying incomplete information, deviations from standards and predefined points of attention.
  • Help monitor standard clauses, deadlines, contract terms and contractual obligations.
  • Support the collection of information required for more in‑depth legal analysis.
  • Operate and maintain legal systems (CLM, electronic signature tools and contract repositories) up to date.
  • Track SLAs, deadlines, work queues and the status of contracts in progress.
  • Support document organization, ensuring governance, traceability and easy access to information.
  • Assist with verification of contract data (parties, dates, amounts, scopes, etc.).
  • Respond to recurring requests from Commercial, Operations and Finance, following standardized flows and guidance.
  • Support the formalization of commercial proposals, contract amendments and ancillary documents.
  • Help clarify operational questions about processes, deadlines and required documents.
  • Support updates to templates, playbooks and legal workflows.
  • Contribute suggestions for improving workflows and reducing rework.
  • Support automation, standardization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed or in progress).
  • Previous experience in an in‑house legal team or legal consultancy.
  • Skills in process automation and familiarity with technological tools.
  • Good communication, proactivity and ability to work in a team.
