About the role

  • Ensure the company’s operational processes and strategic projects are correctly implemented and scaled across cities.
  • Deploy validated models (e.g., São Paulo) to other markets.
  • Lead new projects to increase capacity.
  • Reduce churn.
  • Improve operational efficiency and increase sales.
  • Implement operational processes in cities.
  • Replicate operational models validated in São Paulo and other mature markets.
  • Lead operational improvement projects (capacity, churn, sales, efficiency).
  • Support restructurings in cities experiencing performance decline.
  • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design structural solutions.
  • Monitor performance indicators after implementations.
  • Work closely with the Launch Team, BI, and the Expansion Manager.
  • Adapt processes to local contexts without losing standardization.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in process management and project management.
  • Analytical mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Holistic/systemic view of operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
