About the role
- Create and maintain performance dashboards by city;
- Develop growth and capacity forecasting models;
- Support S&OP / S&NOP processes related to expansion;
- Automate KPIs, controls, and monitoring routines;
- Standardize metrics and definitions across cities;
- Create alerts and predictive analytics;
- Support strategic decisions for the Expansion Manager;
- Work integrated with Processes and the Launch Team.
Requirements
- Advanced experience in BI, analytics, and data automation;
- Ability to translate data into business decisions;
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and strong communication skills;
- Strategic mindset;
- Availability for occasional travel.
