About the role

  • Provide personalized customer service to understand clients' needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
  • Present financing options clearly, instilling confidence in the customer.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain continuous contact with customers throughout the process, explaining each step and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Populate the CRM with detailed information on each lead, financing status, and sales follow-ups.
  • Organize the pipeline to ensure all opportunities are properly managed, from first contact to contract closing.
  • Manage the collection and submission of documentation for credit approval and sale formalization.

Requirements

  • Experience in vehicle sales or financing, preferably with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of financing processes and the documentation required to formalize sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems and the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal.
  • Empathy and a consultative approach to build trust and provide the best financial solutions to customers.
