About the role

  • Kouper: transforming patient care navigation backed by General Catalyst, CVS Ventures, and 25Madison
  • Role: Data Science Intern building data infrastructure and analytics using SQL, LookML, and Python
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards; write SQL queries; develop LookML models; create automated reporting
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses, generate insights, support market research with quantitative analysis
  • Use Python for statistical analysis and automation; collaborate on data pipelines; ensure data quality

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
  • Strong academic performance from a top-tier college/university with ability to share academic transcripts
  • Proficient in SQL for complex data querying and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Previous internship or project experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering (preferred)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) (preferred)
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and data engineering principles (preferred)
