About the role
- Kouper: transforming patient care navigation backed by General Catalyst, CVS Ventures, and 25Madison
- Role: Data Science Intern building data infrastructure and analytics using SQL, LookML, and Python
- Build and maintain BI dashboards; write SQL queries; develop LookML models; create automated reporting
- Conduct deep-dive analyses, generate insights, support market research with quantitative analysis
- Use Python for statistical analysis and automation; collaborate on data pipelines; ensure data quality
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Strong academic performance from a top-tier college/university with ability to share academic transcripts
- Proficient in SQL for complex data querying and analysis
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Previous internship or project experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering (preferred)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) (preferred)
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and data engineering principles (preferred)
