About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the BenOps team.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum APA qualified in Pension, Health and Life insurance.
- Management experience leading a team.
- Industry background in broker, insurance, pension provider, or fintech.
- Operational depth managing multiple complex workstreams.
- Customer-first approach to solving customer problems.
- AI-curious mindset for using AI tools effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to changes.
