About the role
- Shape and lead 6-week Shape Up cycles for new insurance features and provider integrations.
- Simplify insurer onboarding, plan setup, premium management, and benefit workflows.
- Lead design, engineering, and operations to ship fast, high-quality projects and improvements.
- Translate compliance and underwriting complexity into user-friendly flows.
- Coach product engineers and designers to make smart scope and delivery decisions.
Requirements
- Experience as a founder, PM/tech lead, or product-engineering hybrid in a high-ownership environment.
- Familiarity with insurance, healthcare, or financial product architecture.
- Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery end-to-end.
- Clear communication and good product taste — balancing speed and quality.
- Comfort guiding a small, senior team focused on outcomes, not tickets.
