About the role

  • You will drive the company’s digital growth by developing, implementing and optimizing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies with the clear objective of achieving measurable results and a high ROI.
  • Develop and manage a holistic performance marketing strategy across multiple digital channels (social media, content marketing, SEO/SEA, email marketing).
  • Plan, execute and monitor performance-focused online campaigns for customer acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior and campaign data with a focus on email marketing and A/B testing.
  • Derive optimization measures based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR, conversion rates).
  • Plan and coordinate webinars and other online sales promotion activities.
  • Enhance online presence and increase customer engagement across various platforms.
  • Build and optimize our YouTube channels and produce podcast formats.
  • Manage key performance channels (Google Ads, social media ads, retargeting).
  • Produce regular reports and present results with clear action recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends and viral topics for profitable integration into our marketing strategy.
  • Responsible management of the marketing budget and efficient use of resources.
  • Build and lead the marketing department when appropriate.
  • Connect community-building efforts with our on- and offline marketing activities.
  • Work closely with sales, the content team, design and external service providers.

Requirements

  • Degree and/or training in marketing, media, communications, business administration or comparable qualification.
  • Alternatively, over 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven professional experience in (performance) marketing with a focus on measurable results.
  • Successful implementation of marketing campaigns with demonstrable references.
  • Solid knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Good knowledge of email automation tools such as Klick-Tipp, Mailchimp, GetResponse or comparable systems.
  • Good prior knowledge in social media and online marketing.
  • Understanding of funnel concepts and the customer journey.
  • Strong analytical thinking, numerical affinity and result orientation.
  • Creativity to develop innovative growth strategies.
  • Passion for marketing, media and communications.
  • Organizational skills and a structured way of working.
  • Quick comprehension, high discipline and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong team skills combined with a confident presence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of precision.
  • Clean and error-free written German, ideally also in English.
