About the role

  • You will operate independently on the front line within your sales territory
  • As a sales professional, you always keep the needs and requirements of your existing customers in mind
  • At the same time, you continuously find new ways to expand and develop your sales territory through new customer acquisition, with a focus on bakeries and patisseries, cafés, delicatessens, supermarkets (LEH) and gastronomy
  • Together with our architects and planners, you develop future-proof shopfitting concepts, staying up to date with current trends and market challenges
  • You know your sales territory like the back of your hand and are the first to be informed about new build/renovation projects and location development

Requirements

  • More important than your formal education is that you have a strong "sales instinct" and can demonstrate corresponding successes – ideally from technical and/or high-value capital goods, shopfitting, woodworking, furnishings or similar industries
  • Your professional demeanor combined with the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing makes you successful in field sales
  • Your strong implementation skills and affinity for a hands-on industry work to your advantage
  • As a team player, you are communicative and value collaboration with your competence team, because you enjoy shared successes
