About the role
- Act independently at the forefront of operations
- Maintain constant focus on the needs and requirements of your existing customers
- Identify new approaches to customer acquisition and expand and develop the sales territory through new client acquisition
- Collaborate with our architects and planners to develop future-proof retail fit-out concepts
- Stay informed about current trends and challenges in the market
- Keep up to date on new-build and refurbishment projects as well as location development
Requirements
- Possess a strong 'sales gene' and be able to demonstrate proven successes – ideally from technical and/or high-quality capital goods, retail construction, woodworking, interior fit-out or similar sectors
- Your professional presence, combined with the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing, makes you successful in field sales
- Your implementation strength and affinity for a hands-on industry are to your advantage
- As a team player you are communicative and value collaboration with your expert team, as you enjoy shared successes
