About the role

  • You act independently on the front line within your sales territory.
  • As a sales professional, you constantly keep the needs and requirements of your existing customers in mind.
  • At the same time, you continually find new ways to expand and develop your sales area through new customer acquisition, focusing on the bakery/patisserie, café, delicatessen, grocery retail (LEH) and gastronomy sectors.
  • Together with our architects and planners, you develop future-proof storefitting concepts, remaining well informed about current market trends and challenges.
  • You know your sales territory like the back of your hand and are the first to be informed about new-build/renovation projects and location development.

Requirements

  • More important than your formal qualifications is a pronounced sales instinct and demonstrable success — ideally from the fields of technical and/or high-quality capital goods, shopfitting, woodworking, furnishings or similar.
  • Your professional manner combined with the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing makes you successful in field sales.
  • Your strong execution skills and affinity for a hands-on industry are an advantage.
  • As a team player you are strong in communication and value working with your competence team, as you enjoy achieving success together.
