About the role

  • Own and maintain the product backlog for the Axerrio Core ERP team, ensuring it is well-structured, clearly documented, and ready for development
  • Translate high-level product initiatives and platform goals into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineers on a day-to-day basis to clarify requirements, unblock implementation, and support technical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine workflows and ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with Axerrio’s product standards.
  • Support the delivery of a modernized, web--based ERP platform, including migrations, refactoring efforts, and incremental rollout of new capabilities.
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, helping the team deliver consistently and with high quality.
  • Validate implemented features through functional testing and close collaboration with testers before release.
  • Help define and monitor technical and product health metrics (e.g., performance, reliability, adoption of new features).
  • Document product behavior and decisions to ensure knowledge sharing across product, engineering, and support teams.
  • Act as a reliable point of continuity for the development team, balancing short-term delivery needs with longer-term platform evolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner role
  • Based close to CET (GMT+1) and willing to travel to Netherlands
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus
