About the role

  • Coordinate, execute and organize activities related to organizational development and talent.
  • Talent attraction, diversity and inclusion.
  • Organize internal marketing, internal communication and corporate events.
  • Develop internal campaigns to encourage organizational development and talent growth.
  • Organize institutional events.
  • Coordinate and organize internal communication actions and internal marketing initiatives.
  • Lead programs that promote a systematic application of quality methodologies (Quality Circles - CCQ, Six Sigma, TPM, among others).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience in process and people management
  • Experience in Organizational Development and Talent Management, Internal Communication and Talent Attraction
  • Postgraduate degree in HR (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the industrial sector (preferred)
