About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to finalizing the hire.
  • Conduct behavioral profile assessments;
  • Implement and monitor learning programs (New Talent, Internship, and Young Apprentice);
  • Serve as the point of contact for Employer Branding strategies with the global team;
  • Implement and monitor the local Inclusion and Diversity program;
  • Execute and monitor onboarding;
  • Analyze HR KPIs and NPS surveys;
  • Support internal and external client and quality audits;
  • Plan academic events and student visits;
  • Support the delivery of training sessions;
  • Develop improvement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in talent attraction, recruitment systems (ATS), and learning programs;
  • Advanced English.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR-related areas;
  • Knowledge of RM TOTVS;
  • Experience with DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
