About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to finalizing the hire.
- Conduct behavioral profile assessments;
- Implement and monitor learning programs (New Talent, Internship, and Young Apprentice);
- Serve as the point of contact for Employer Branding strategies with the global team;
- Implement and monitor the local Inclusion and Diversity program;
- Execute and monitor onboarding;
- Analyze HR KPIs and NPS surveys;
- Support internal and external client and quality audits;
- Plan academic events and student visits;
- Support the delivery of training sessions;
- Develop improvement projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in talent attraction, recruitment systems (ATS), and learning programs;
- Advanced English.
- Postgraduate degree in HR-related areas;
- Knowledge of RM TOTVS;
- Experience with DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
