About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to finalizing the hire.
Conduct behavioral profile assessments;
Implement and monitor learning programs (New Talent, Internship, and Young Apprentice);
Serve as the point of contact for Employer Branding strategies with the global team;
Implement and monitor the local Inclusion and Diversity program;
Execute and monitor onboarding;
Analyze HR KPIs and NPS surveys;
Support internal and external client and quality audits;
Plan academic events and student visits;
Support the delivery of training sessions;
Develop improvement projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Experience in talent attraction, recruitment systems (ATS), and learning programs;
Advanced English.
Postgraduate degree in HR-related areas;
Knowledge of RM TOTVS;
Experience with DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion).
