About the role
- Responsible for creating, based on statistical methods and collaboration with participating areas, the demand plan (S&OP) for finished products, agreeing on assumptions and improving accuracy through variance analyses, launch curves, and growth in the BU's store count;
- Assist in preparing and updating KPIs (key performance indicators);
- Conduct complementary studies for demand projection, product cannibalization, launch performance, and store performance by season/collection;
- Monitor production and order curves to update monthly demand;
- Track the ramp-up curve of new launches, recommending adjustments to volume and differentiated strategies;
- Analyze variances and implement corrective actions;
- Monitor product discontinuation curves and provide direction on slow movers;
- Build and update accurate forecasts for the current S&OP cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Advanced Excel skills, capable of performing in-depth analyses including formulas, pivot tables, and more;
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Logical reasoning, resilience, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
