About the role
- Strategic and operational development of device manufacturing (automation & injection molding)
- Lead and manage an expert team for injection molding and packaging development
- Implementation and industrialization of GMP-compliant manufacturing processes
- Standardization of technical requirements across an international device network
- Responsibility for project management, quality, and regulatory compliance (including FDA cGMP, ISO 13485)
Requirements
- Degree in Automation Engineering or equivalent
- Alternatively: technical vocational training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in manufacturing automation, ideally in the medical device industry
- Leadership experience in technical or cross-functional teams
- Experience in project management of complex automation projects
- Excellent German and English language skills and willingness to travel
