- Planning and managing complex event and communications projects for international clients
- Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams across project management, creative, and technical areas
- Client management and consultancy — primary point of contact for clients, developing innovative concepts, and overseeing external vendors
- Budget and resource responsibility — creating and monitoring budgets, coordinating tenders and partners
- Developing and delivering hybrid and digital formats — digital interaction, streaming, media production, and innovative event technologies
- Ensuring smooth processes from concept to production — with a focus on quality and strategic objectives
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project management for events, live experiences, or brand activations
- Strong understanding of client needs and excellent communication skills
- Experience leading and managing teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
- Enthusiasm for innovation and experience with hybrid and digital event formats
- Excellent German (C1+) and good English skills (B2)
