About the role

  • Identify and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and document requirements in close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
  • Communicate requirements and design decisions to developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Define milestones and ensure smooth implementation together with the development team.
  • Create mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize requirements.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces with attention to usability principles and aesthetic considerations.
  • Ensure the developed product meets defined quality standards and conduct acceptance tests.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational or academic training in the IT field (HTL, university, or university of applied sciences).
  • Several years of experience in requirements analysis and user interface design, ideally in agile development environments.
  • Solid knowledge of modern UI/UX design tools and basic understanding of web and mobile app design.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
  • An eye for good design and the ability to create user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
  • Fast learner, structured working style, high initiative, reliability, determination, and willingness to learn.
