About the role

  • Lead engineering solutions to Salesforce e-commerce applications
  • Ensure design and development are leverageable across brands/regions
  • Oversee development including mentoring and coaching developers
  • Establish and maintain engineering guidelines including test driven development
  • Drive technical process improvements to Kontoor’s site release strategy
  • Manage technical debt and complexity reduction
  • Ensure engineering solution design and development are flexible, maintainable, secure, and performant
  • Provide eCommerce technical expertise
  • Create, communicate, and maintain best practices and coding standards

Requirements

  • Digital eCommerce engineering experience with Salesforce e-commerce applications
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce/web development technologies and frameworks including: Salesforce Apex, JavaScript, Java, HTML, ISML, Node.js, XML, JSON, AJAX, JQuery, CSS
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development principles
  • Familiarity with secure and accessibility friendly development practices
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile development practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems (or equivalent work experience)
