About the role
- Build and execute a territory plan focused on engaging new health systems, hospitals, and regional provider groups
- Drive end-to-end sales — from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close — focused on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and 6sense to identify key accounts, improve engagement, and forecast with accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, and Leadership to refine your message and maximize your impact
- Represent Kontakt.io at industry trade shows and healthcare conferences to engage new prospects
- Apply insight from top national accounts to guide messaging in your region and bring proven value to new customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of success in complex B2B sales, ideally in healthcare SaaS, RTLS, or IoT
- Understand long-cycle, consultative sales and how to build trust with Ops, CIOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders
- Thrive in territory ownership, with strong outbound habits and SDR support
- Balance autonomy with collaboration, working cross-functionally and welcoming leadership visibility
- Bring rigor to your pipeline: detailed notes, clean forecasting, and insight-led selling
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and/or 6sense
