About the role
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with company goals
- Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless product execution
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, partners, and stakeholders through an AI-first lens
- Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches with marketing and sales teams
- Track and analyze product performance post-launch to refine features and enhance user experience
- Champion customer-centric innovation and incorporate customer feedback
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management or closely related role within the data technology sector
- Experience deploying AI workflow initiatives (bonus)
- Experience in data or identity companies, cleanroom technology, programmatic advertising and integrations, or B2B2C companies (bonus)
- In-depth knowledge of taxonomies & data structures
- Extensive experience with compliance frameworks, including GDPR and HIPAA
- Hands-on experience with modern data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, AWS) and cleanrooms
- Proven ability in data governance and security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and impactful communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities
- Proficiency in product management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a bonus
