About the role

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Oversee all aspects of fieldwork management including sample management and vendor management, ensuring high-quality results to our customers.
  • Understand project budgets, manage vendor costs, and escalate concerns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards and ensure high-quality results for clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (advanced proficiency required).
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value and results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools and market research data collection platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative, data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
